1. Payment and Termination Rules

• Payment: The annual membership fee of DKK 34,995 (ex. VAT) is due upon acceptance and non-refundable. Auto-renewal applies unless canceled in writing 60 days before anniversary.
• Termination: Members may terminate with 90 days' written notice before renewal date. Epicurus may terminate for breach of terms (e.g., unpaid fees, misconduct) with immediate effect. No refunds for partial years. Prorated credits may apply at Epicurus' discretion.

2. Event Usage Rules

• Cancellations: Member-hosted events require minimum 14 days' notice. Epicurus may cancel/reschedule with 30 days' notice notice due to unforeseen issues—alternative dates or credits offered, no refunds.
• Guest Limits: Thursdays Jazz Mingle (up to 5 guests including member); Private events (up to 67 guests including member). Members are responsible for their guests' conduct.
• Reservations: Advance booking mandatory. No-shows after 15 min released; 3+ no-shows may suspend privileges.
• Conduct: No smoking. Casual Elegant dress code (NO jeans, sneakers, caps, shorts, or sportswear/ Men: Jackets encouraged). Disruptive behavior results in removal without refund.

3. Disclaimer

• Force Majeure: Epicurus not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond control (e.g., disasters, pandemics, strikes).
• Privacy: Data processed per GDPR for events/services only. No third-party sharing without consent. Full policy available.
• Liability: Benefits "as is." No liability for indirect damages; max liability equals annual fee. Members liable for guests.
• Governing Law: Danish law; Copenhagen courts.
